    Lost account

    I have written several times both to tickets and on the forum but nobody deigns to answer me. It's been days since I lost my account where: Id: 62742500 is the account to be recovered Id: 63903466 is the replacement account connected to facebook Server: 406
    I can't share the receipt because I didn't make the purchase. But now the account is mine. I'm starting to lose patience, I've been trying to recover my account for weeks.
    I would like my account back before the Thanksgiving sale event ends.
    Also I would like to point out that I have been trying to recover the account since November 28th, I trust you will be able to do so soon.

    If your account has been linked to Facebook or Google Play(Apple Game centre in iOS), you can restore your old account in the following ways:
    1. Create a new account;
    2. Go to Setting->Account->Swtich Account;
    3. Select Facebook or Google Play that your previous account has been linked to;
    If you don't link your account to Facebook or Google Play(Apple Game Centre), please do as follows:
    1. Send us screenshots of invoice if you ever bought items in Envoy;
    2. Create another new account on the same server;
    3. Connect the new account to Facebook or Google Play (Apple Game Centre on iOS)
    4. After we check it, you can log in with your old account automatically.
