James, I received a message yesterday that I assumed was in response to my posts on customer support. The message read, "We will arrange this more time". I took that to mean they were agreeing to my request, but needed more time to process it. Today, I'm unpleasantly surprised and disappointed to once again receive what I view as a small token of what I feel would be fair. At this point, I have to ask, is this the way it's going to continue? I've been extremely patient and sent repeatedly the information requested.
