Since August and no one is willing to help WTH !!!! No help from customer services

So because of this game log in issuse I lost over 2.1mil troops and every time I write a ticket in game I get my ticket deleted the game is know for having log In issuse and when it comes to return troops lost I have not been help I want my troops back over 2.1mil t10s plus gone because I couldn't log in 2 different times and no one in evony is willing to admit it was there fault and return my troops it has been proven that this has happen to multiply players and I have seen them get there troops return fix this I can't believe that this customer service is so terrible it was

hell even half of my troops would be fine or an apology but to be ignored and have my tickets in game delete is sad I have screen shots of every ticket I sent in game please fix this

Did your issue ever get resolved. I'm having same issue and can't seem to get them to respond. I even tried contacting them hours ahead of my bubble dropping . No response on Facebook, game support or in forums. This is not the way to do business. Very disappointed and wondering if it's time to stop playing evony all together.
