    Yes I have a great suggestion.... when tech support says they will respond to your ticket in 48 hrs, how about....they actually respond. How bout not deleting my ticket and ignoring me. How about providing proper customer service and giving resolution to people who spend lots of time and money playing your game. At this point I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone. You take our money and when issues occur you guys go hide .

    You think thatís bad Iíve had a ticket open since Oct 2nd and no joy keep the hope up
