    James, as you can see, the original issue started over 1 1/2 months ago. Screenshots from then and from some subsequent issues, I no longer have.There are no ss of the rollback of acct when Evony took the game off line. How could there be? Do I need to start scteenshotting everything I do in the game? Screenshots showing many times I received red
    WiFi symbol or was stuck at beginning screen I still have. Screenshots showing conversations in SC and WC re: sharing of acct and cheating along with ss if battle reports they posted showing cheating, I still have.Screenshots that are from over a month ago that I repeatedly offered, I do not have any longer.

    James, I've posted 20 out of 41 ss of conversations with support. 21-40 deal with the cheating issue and the sharing an acct. I'm not gonna post those here. Support can deal with that. What I have included is the last ss showing once again support has issued a promise and an apology. If you look back through my other ss, you will see they have done this several times with no action. Can you see that this time, it is actually corrected and resolved fairly. I don't care to spend money and time on a game only to suffer losses through game errors and issues. Thanks, Gahosta

    James, it has been over 1 week since the latest form letter apology and promise from support and still no resolution. It has been almost 2 months this ticket has been open. In that time other issues, independent from the original issue have been added since this ticket was never closed. Are these issues going to be corrected?

    Nope, they wont be corrected. They're giving you the runaround until you give up. That's what they always do.

    Where can i get a legitimate response from customer support? I've been trying for over a week to get an explanation over a truce agreement issue.
