I cannot get to my game Evony The Kings Return. When I try I get the company logo screen, then the screen with the loading bar. When it gets to nearly 100% I get a black screen.
Because of this screw up, I have lost all troops, RSS and a green sub.
The name on the account is ❣️Witchy. Could you please, please, please get this fixed?!

Her name is Dobbyn. I guess her issue resolved itself.

Our developer told me that we could log in your account with our development client. Please uninstall the game and remove the game data completely and reinstall the game again and it would work. Or could you tell us your phone's resolution to check please? It might have something to do with the phone resolution. Thanks.

I too have this issue! I deleted my Game data and uninstalled... Still have the issue, Please fix this... I'm using a Huawie Mate 20 Pro
