    200 Gem for x10 cultivation

    I got robbed of a total of 1200 Gems because the game's UI doesn't show up with a Continue/cancel half the time when trying to cultivate. I sent a ticket and the response was bull***t, and they flat out said "we will implement a feature to inform players about the prerequisites for cultivation past certain stats based on level/star upgrade level at a later date," so in essence, you rob players who have complained about it and requested a refund for it. This is PURELY on YOUR end, players are not at fault when it doesn't even give the UI option to continue/cancel. Nice way to loose a playerbase. No wonder Age 1 and 2 failed in the end(aside from all the botting), because your support is atrocious.

    According to the screenshot of the reply from the support ticket(i can see the timestamp for mine in the screenshot, just above the section I took the screenshot of), it was Oct. 8, 2017 at 12:14. Whether it's PDT(my time) or whatever timezone the server uses, that's the time I submitted the ticket, which was between 1 and 5 minutes after it occurred.

    We don't see any gem deduction at around 12:14 PDT. Please tell us your Gems amount before and after when it happened so that we could try locating the log again. Thanks.

    you expect me to remember a gem amount, that was almost 5 days ago? I'd say I had anywhere between 4 and 7k Gems at the time. I know for a fact that it consumed them, I watched the numbers dwindle while nothing happened.

    Same problem happened to me. I cultivated 3xs the 10xs feature and was robbed of gems. Evony claimed that i did not use any of my gems, yet I still lost over 1200 gems too. They gave me back 500 gems even though i lost over 1200. Anytime something goes wrong with evony they bullshit you to believe that you are wrong. Always screenshot everything as proof. If they dont want to help you out, you can always contact google or apple and explain to them about how great their "customer service" is and ask for a refund.

    How do I contact google for this? I've searched around and have yet to actually find anything. And the only thing I could find, showed that I would have had to contact google within 48 hours, but this shit has been like this now for over a week, with no real responses.
