Your screenshot cannot tell that you lost your troops. You lost the fight and you had to heal your troops. It has nothing to do with connectiong problem.

I checked the log and your troops amount were not deducted because of those operations. It was a display problem and restarting the game could fix it. I also checked your resources, and on each deduction, you had successfully healed your troops. Besides, we also sent you 35k Crusaders which died and made you stuck when you were trying to heal/revive.
The screenshot cannot tell how many troops you lost.
