    Game issues

    So, playing the game for a couple months here's the deal

    1) customer support in game are as useless as a chocolate fire guard. They never reply with any information worth listening to "we will reply 24 hours.." greater chance of the dinosaurs replying to me.

    2) the lag is constant and pathetic

    3) spawn rate of monsters and goblins is poor

    4) the information of reinforcements in a scout report should be at the top not the bottom

    5) the payments for packages needs to be balanced to reflect the country you live in. U.K. Pays 100 for same thing America pays $100 for ? So we pay $125 for a $100 package ?

    I had high hopes for this game. Now I'm writing a complaint to apple. Enjoy your game folks.

    Thank you for your feedback. We will let our developers know. For payment part, all orders are based on US Dollar and the exchange rates are calculated and given by Google. Besides, there's a Value Added Tax imposed by EU for EU countries that you may have to pay some more which is also the case in some states in the US. Thanks.
