    Not getting what I paid for

    I bought several packs to get the new jester general. Used the item, and do not have the general. I have been talking with support in game trying to get this resolved and nothing has happened. My paitence is running thin. This shouldn't be hard to fix I spent hard earned $$ and expect a resolution TODAY but I can get anyone to tell me what's going on...
