I have sent numerous emails and tickets about my alliance Chalons rewards. They were delayed and we did not get them at the end. Our alliance placed 68 out of 100 so we earned top 100 alliance rewards. As of today and after submitting evidence of my participation numerous times and the email stating we would get them I still have not received them I keep being told it was escalated but apparently it has not been as I get no response afterwards. Who else do I have to contact? I did not waste 2 hours, late at night, every Wednesday to be denied rewards I earned. Please help.
