    This is no longer as big a problem as it was just five years ago. Development has advanced a lot, and there are a lot of programmers on the market now. I can recommend you the company IT company SCAND https://scand.com/company/ They have a very extensive list of services, including programming applications.

    Yes, you're right there are a lot of programmers now, but a really good one is not easy to find.
