Where is the mine I need to upgrade?

I am seeing a quest that I need to update the mine to level 6 which shows it’s at 0 but when I hit go it points to some flowers but it won’t let me click on anything.

You are probably not at a high enough level yet to build the mine. As your Keep levels up more buildings and options will become available. If you click on a square where you can build a farm or a sawmill and scroll to the end of the list you will see the mine build option. Hope that helps!!
