Customer support is very poor
And non responsive.
Have played game for 2.5 years, spent a lot of money and never had any compensation or fixes offered.
Latest issue is blood ares stones in relics, says you have gained x stones but when march finishes report says zero and none in items. This is generic issue I think, not just me, others in my team have complained in our chat.
Evony is non responsive and in the past has let a ticket sit with no replies for over a year.
Very disappointing

I am having an issue now with not getting rewards I paid for and I can not get a reply! People will walk away if they keep getting ripped off
