Missing Generals

Hello, it seems my generals just vanished and I need help I have total of 11 generals but now I got 0 I need someone to fix this issue

I have same issue, i got my account back and also lost the 26 generals i had, so made a ticket and wait for answer..
Next i tried use my spiritual Beast, and that's bugged as well because it's equipped to a general i lost and cant unequip it..
will give a chance to let them give me back my generals from the save file they have in data, else this game is way bad scripted, if they can't fix just some of it..
