Lost account

My account got disconnected on Sunday and it was somehow unlinked from my email address and I can't access it. I have emailed multiple people and did what they told me to and have yet to get my account back. The KE is coming this Friday and I need my account back so I dont watch my city, that I've worked so hard on and put so much money into, get burnt. Someone responds to my ticket and email once then I don't hear back anything else! I need to get back into that account.
