I have my RSS chests that went missing since early Dec. case open with CS Support. Case is stilll open till date with no updates and resolution,

Now, to add on to the issues, I have my gems from events went missing. Sub cities gone and overnighted gather RSS all wiped out when I logged in. Case open and not even a single reply.

Is developer trying to encourage use to stop playing this game.

All you CS has done for my issues are asking stupid questions and trying close case wi5hout resolving. How long do I need to wait.
