    I have an open ticket 293595 and no one will respond. It has been open for over a week. I noticed after last update all my art hall items were set back to zero. Nothing started. So after months of working to complete the exhibit hall to gain those buffs I have lost them. In my initial submission I made it clear that I had reloaded app even though this issue appears on my phone and when I login on pc. The only response I got was to reload app. Silence since then.
