Skill book override

I've attempted to add a third skillbook to my general and it just overrides one of the other two. I understand there is a 75% chance of this, but this has now happened 12 times in a row. Can someone take a look at the account. It's ridiculous. I'm not purchasing any more skill books when something is obviously not right with the account. I'm on server 301.
