hi sir evony...kindly need your help please check the problem about my purchase because i didnt get the item and my money was deducted. its been maybe 4-6 hours ago and im still waiting but still nothing. the purchase i made is today same as i mail this message. thank you very much.

Sorry for that inconvenience. I suggest you submit this issue to CS by in-game support in the following ways:
1. Go to Settings;
2. Choose In-Game Support;
3. Select Email or Ticket as you wish
