    Lost Account

    Hi. I have already contacted customer services, ref 87792.
    I tried to switch my account to my new mobile phone and looks like it has lost the account.
    I have provided my old list account monarch name Hiddenace02 and made a new account on the same server 150. Also provided my last purchase evidence.
    I haven't heard back for two days now and all the work I have done will just be undone when I get attacked and lose everything.
    Please help and contact me me back ASAP.

    Dear, could you tell us the old monarch ID and the new monarch ID? I will try to submit to our relevant department to have a check. Thank you.

    Old monarch id was Hiddenace02 the new id is 30480559.
    I have already logged this matter it should be resolved by now
