    Lost Account Recovery

    Background:
    6 days ago , an alliance member lost access to his account on s62 because his login method ( fb ) suddenly stopped working.
    Evony TKR still appears under 'active apps' in
    facebook > Settings > Apps and Websites > Logged in with Facebook > Active
    This suggests that the account wasn't unlinked from facebook but nevertheless fb login is returning nothing.

    Through his conversation with Evony TKR Customer Support, it appears that his account is also linked with GameCenter and Amazon .He was advised that a linked account could not be recovered and he should contact support of GameCenter.The player, however, tried to login with GameCenter but got the same result as with facebook. He called the GameCenter but was unable to resolve the issue.

    Name: abcdefghi1
    Server: s62+37
    Monarch Level: 4

    Both keeps were created in the same country.

    Help will be greatly appreciated!

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Basically we cannot override our representatives' decision. If our representatives said that it's still linked to Amazon/Apple. You could login the game with your iOS/Amazon devices. Please let our representatives know if you don't have the devices anymore. And then they would probably ask for the purchase history for further verification. But if they see that the IP address is too far away from the original one. They would just decline the request again. Thanks.

    The original device was indeed lost and the player is unable to login to it on his new mobile.
    The accounts were created at the same place and purchase history of January 2020 is available.
    It should be sufficient proof to verify account ownership.
    Please check with concerned dept and let me know if there is any hope of recovery or if the player should just quit.

    It's a bit weird that you payed with Google Play. Please check the email you used for your Amazon and Apple devices and look for the receipt/invoice from Amazon or Apple email. Thank you.

    Basically, the players owned both , an android device and an iOS device. The game was mostly played on the android phone but sometimes on the latter as well.
    The payments were made on android with google pay.
    The recent purchase history from January 2020 and the receipts of the two most recent in-app purchases have been sent to you.

    We also need the iTunes purchase History or Amazon's receipt for our admin to check again. Our admin just refused to do anything because that the account is still linked. Thanks.

    Sent you the iTunes/Apple Store purchase history of Sept & Oct 2019.

    We can see from the screenshot that you still have access to an iPad. Please login the game with your iPad and unlink the Game Center first, it would be better if you unlink the facebook as well. And then we could relink the account for you. Thanks.
