    i lost my account it is no longer connected my facebook.. player ID 17843559 new ID 24536751 i dont know how this happened here are some purchase historys i could find

    Hey i i try to link my account with my game center and it got me to a new account and now i cant go back to the other one i checked and is still there so can you guys please help me, i created the account yesterday and the issue started today

    Hi, sorry about that. I forgot to update the progress here. We can see that the account has not been played for months. And the IP and device were also changed since the last login. Even though you provided some receipt screenshots. We still cannot confirm that you are the owner of the account. Please tell us when the last time you logged in was. And if possible, login the new account once with your old device. Thank you.

    I think the last time i logged in was around end of January beginning February I switch phone carriers so i no longer have the old device
