    Regaining account

    Hello has anyone else had trouble getting their account back. I have talked to customer support with all the nessasary resources needed from day one on December 22nd and still havenít got it back. The customer support has only told me that he is waiting on the devs response and when I ask whatís taking so long I get the same responce and that they are sorry for the delay. From what Iíve read this isnít a hard thing to deal with and Iím very disappointed with how long this has taken. Iíve heard from a friend that it took 2 days for them to get their account back and itís been nearly 2 weeks for me. Iíve also had my alliance leader vouch that the account is mine. I missed most of the Christmas event and might miss most of this new one if this continues. Is there anyone who knows how to get to a more direct source to talk to the devs? Because I feel like this is outrageous.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. For security purpose, if you ever made any purchase, please link or attach the screenshots of your purchase history by PM as a proof of account ownership. And then please post a comment and give us your old and the new user id number you see on your device now. And then our admin will determine if he will re-link your account. Thanks.

    Cancel those the new account ID which is the account Iím on is now 24104232

    Hello James why canít I get a response? I need help getting on my account I lost access to.. Iíve sent support in game everything and on my thread I gave you my info but yet no reply

    The customer support is terrible as of late and idk whatís going on.

    Ya the Evony responce time and speed to fix an issue is fairly bad.

    Maybe I overlooked your post. You can start a new thread and post the link of your old post there, if your post fell to the second page. The forum is working weird at the moment and sometimes doesn't notify me that the thread has new comments. Thanks.
