Hello I was hit on a tile I set up and then was attacked and healed then when I sent again my troops to attack the tile he pulled and attacked again except that when this was done my troops were dead. Thus all my Cavs were either wounded or dead and needed for revival. Mind you i was unbubbled when I healed again my troops that were home were also killed when I was attacked I healed troops to deffend so my subs wouldn’t die and I lost all my troops. None of my troops have been revived even though I’ve spent Over 200k gems and millions of resources not to mention speed ups. Please let me speak to Stanley or any supervisor so that i Can get this sorted. I don’t want to miss out on battlefield

Also with every time I attempted to heal my troops or revive them I tallied up I used a total of 3b food 4b iron 3.8b lumber 2.6 b stone, I used up over 12,000 speed ups that you get from boss hunting and still nothing as you can see I still have them in hospital cooking this time around.
When I went to revive my troops I spent 312k gems and when I tried to march I got the red WiFi signal and they disappeared and they ended up back in the hospital and all my revival stones were spent for nothing.

Please take note I have 20 hours left to revive my troops with revival stones then they disappear permanently I have a photo below of the proof that they are still in there.

The reports were fine the issue is when I attempted to heal my troops did not heal and this glitch resulted in my troops dying over and over. Some how my troops cannot be healed nor can they be revived however the resources are spent aswell as the gems. My troops would have never died if they had healed in the first place.

James, thank you for responding unfortunately the game allows me to use my items to heal my troops
However my troops cannot be used. I have gotten the red WiFi signal every single time and then it reverts back to what my hospital was which is a full along with my dead troops that I cannot see anymore because the time has passed. I did use revival stones however I stopped using a lot when I realize my account was glitched and my troops would revert back into the hospital after I healed. As you can see in my account I have tried many times to heal and clearly my troops revert. All the while my items were used take whatever time you need to view my logs but please fix this matter and reimburse me what I wasted because of this.
