    In game support not responding

    James, I hope you can help.

    I have an ongoing ticket with in-game support, which is now over 3 weeks old. It had been closed and I reopened it... Vicky had given me a stock-response, and has not replied to repeated requests for more than 6 days.

    Are you able to check this by logging in to my account or by researching the support system?

    Could you tell me again what happened in the game please? Do you still keep the screenshots please? And please tell us a date or a time span so that we could check the logs. Thanks.
