Since January 2018, hundreds of players across all servers have had their troops and resources (many undoubtedly obtained through “real world” money purchases) deleted or taken away due to multiple glitches and game app failures. Customer support tickets both in-game and through emails are steadily being ignored, dismissed, even deleted. We the players of this game really have but one avenue to express our disgust and mistrust ... and that is to stop all spending whatsoever until such time TopGames (or uCool Inc., depending on what you read) step up and support those who support their employees salaries and corporate revenue and net income.
