    Since January 2018, hundreds of players across all servers have had their troops and resources (many undoubtedly obtained through “real world” money purchases) deleted or taken away due to multiple glitches and game app failures. Customer support tickets both in-game and through emails are steadily being ignored, dismissed, even deleted. We the players of this game really have but one avenue to express our disgust and mistrust ... and that is to stop all spending whatsoever until such time TopGames (or uCool Inc., depending on what you read) step up and support those who support their employees salaries and corporate revenue and net income.

    Issues with the game provider, should not be at the consumer's expense. When players invest into a progressive game , and lose this progress due you a software malfunction , failed update / patch, "glitch" or lag, reimbursements are a click of a button and relatively free at cost to the game providers. Besides the labor of that employee to actually address these issues . Instead we as players are receiving generic , automated responses , no followup resolution , and our tickets , threads or complaints are being deleted . We constantly have to provide screen shots to prove our losses , even after screen shots are provided , Evony Support , within the game, are very hesitant to send reimbursements and some players are not receiving any at all . These "glitches" are more often seeming intentional , whether they are legitimate software issues or not , players should not have to spend their hard earned money to recover progress from a glitch or malfunction in the game . These actions can be considered theft and I will be reporting glitches and software malfunctions as fradulent to Game Center , Google Play , TopGames. Server 15 supports the boycott.

    WE ADVISE ALLIANCES TO SEND ALLIANCE MAIL URGING YOUR PLAYERS TO NOT EVEN PURCHASE A $5 PACK UNTIL EVONY AT LEAST REIMBURSES PLAYERS FOR THEIR LOSSES . THE IGNORED COMPLAINTS WITHIN THE GAME TRULY SHOW HOW MUCH EVONY PROVIDERS APPRECIATE OUR HARD EARNED MONEY BEING SPENT ON THEIR GAME . THIS BEHAVIOR HAS GONE ON LONG ENOUGH AND IS DISGUSTING .

    server 15 as a whole dont support this only alliance tyn does so far so before you go speaking for a whole server might want to check with the players of said server as your alliance ain't all the servers players.
