Constantinople Event glitches.

My monarch Id is 14695742.

1. When I entered this new event, myself and two other players from same allaince, got a pink screen for the first 5 minutes of event.

2. After the first 3 battles, i could not longer use advanced transport to port to new location for the first 20 minutes of start of event.

3. After event was over, all my wounded troops were returned to normal, except my 200k plus troops in subordinate cities, they were all wiped out and not healed after end of event.

Please fix these bugs for next week, and also please return all my subordinate city troops back to normal. There are 7 hours until the start of server wars, please make this fair for me. If you can not give me back my subordinate troops, then provide me with enough gems to speedup my troop production in subs asap please.

I attached a screenshot of my last attack on a player about two days ago that shows that i had over 200k troops in all my 7 subordinate cities along with screenshots of my current troops in sub cities.

Please list the troop type and amount you lost in your subordinate city and then we will re-send the troops to you. And we are working on fixing problem 1 and 3 now. For #2, do you mean the free Constantinople Battlefield Advanced Teleports or your own Advanced Teleports please? Thanks.

Hello James, for #2, I used up the free advanced ports, after that i tried using and advanced port to port different location but i could not do until about 30 minutes after using the free ports. Maybe there is a grace period to used advanced ports after using the free ones.

I will attach screenshots of the battle that killed my subordinate city troops 1 by 1. First pics are from first attack during start of event that shows how many subordinate city troops i had.

For problem 2, our developer told me that each alliance share 50 charges of Battle Field Teleport chances and each Battle Field Teleport consumes one Advanced Teleport. And taking over the Teleportation points in the battle field will grant you new Battle Teleport charges. Thank you.

Ok James. Evony did NOT specify that during this event (that killed subordinate city troops will NOT be revived after end of event), had they stated that in their update, i would not participate in this event to protect my attack power. Since my troops can not be reimbursed or revived, please read prior messages and reimburse me enough gems so that i can build back ALL my killed sub city troops due to false advertising this Constantinople Event.

Sorry about that. Our developer told us that players should withdraw the troops from subordinate cities before the battlefield ends. And we will update the battlefield rules to make things more clear before the next battle field starts. Thanks.

This is NOT fair James, please make this right. I lost over 5,000,000 points from subordinate city attack power because of developers not doing their job right. By that i mean not explaining in detail exactly how this event works. Updating the rules does not bring back my attack power to what it was. After working so hard, ALL my work and efforts in this game is basically worthless, that is bullshit. Im still waiting on the gems to build back my power because of rhe developer's error. As i stated before its roughly 138,549 gems.
