THIS IS THE EXACT SAME BUG THAT OCCURRED WITH THE WOMEN'S DAY EVENT UPDATE IN MARCH.
Prior Topic - ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Lv7 FIRE STAFF MISSING AFTER GAME UPDATE
Today while attempting to update my Monarch Gear, I found that TWO Lv4 THUNDER GRAIL ARE MISSING FROM MY ACCOUNT.
I keep a spread sheet of all my gear after an update last year "removed" a Lv6 Martial Crown from this same account.
WHY ???
IN-APP. SUPPORT'S TYPICAL SOLUTION
- they stall a few days
- then deny that I had a Lv6 Martial Crown (I actually still had the one on my Monarch they initially try to claimed I didn't have)
- when that doesn't discourage you, Evony's support just deletes the trouble tickets.
The last time I COMPOSED THUNDER GRAILS was ON OR AFTER 24 APRIL.
As of the last compose, I UPDATED MY SPREADSHEET TO REFLECT MY THUNDER GRAIL INVENTORY:

The missing items are annotated in

SINCE THE LAST COMPOSE I PURCHASED MULTIPLE Lv1 (Patrol feature) AND MULTIPLE Lv3 THUNDER GRAIL (Black Market).

HERE IS THE PATTERN THAT RESULTS IN THE RANDOM LOSS OF ITEMS:
At 1336 Eastern Time, April 28th, I get a "forced update" notice while playing:
"There are new game updates for
you. Please go download the latest
game version now!"
That update locks me out and multiple members in my alliance were also locked out.
And just like the March 1st update, I later have trouble getting into the game over the next several days. At one point, it loaded what looked like SOMEONE ELSE's account (I took a screen shots). I was at
Lv99 with
999.9M Power !
It occurred multiple times again and on April 30th, it looked like I was on the new server.
There was no Throne Main City.
There was no no server map (field was all
BLACK).
I was no longer in an alliance.
I had no Items Inventory.
And there was no ability to search the map.
After several uninstall/reinstall attempts, it seemed to stabilize, I closed and restarted the app. and everything SEEMED okay.
Fast forward to this early this evening...
With SvS now over, I started working back into my normal routine.
I'm getting ready to start the Patrol feature in the Main City. As I go to compose my most recent purchases in the Black Market (including THREE Lv3 THUNDER GRAIL since 01 MAY), I find the Monarch Gear in-game inventory level is MISSING TWO Lv4 THUNDER GRAIL.
Because of REPEATED PROBLEMS RECEIVING ITEMS I'VE BOUGHT AND EARNED, I check and verify the Monarch Gear Inventory levels AGAINST MY SPREADSHEET BEFORE I START BUYING NEW ITEMS IN THE PATROL.
Once verified, I then compose Monarch Gear items and UPDATE MY PHONE INVENTORY TO MY SPREADSHEET.
