    Omg ive been locked out of my acct for days...messaged customer service on thursday its now tuesday and no responce...not even an automated one...im on server 57. Its about to be svs and i cant get in ...my shield already dropped. i have sent my id to them for old and new acct i made...i sent a recient purchase reciept and not a peep. I dont know what to do.
