    Angry STOP STEALING MY GOD DAMN EVENT REWARDS - this is out of control !

    Just like I said above.

    You people have STOLEN HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF GEM, TENS OF THOUSANDS OF 100k BOXES, THOUSANDS OF HOURS OF SPEEDUPS from...

    ... and REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. This is simply inexcusable.


    I EARNED EACH OF THOSE REWARDS, AND EVERY TIME I TURN AROUND, [YOU] DELETE MORE.


    It's bad enough you refuse to do anything about all the Event Rewards that were simply deleted FROM MY EVENT MAIL by the 2.0 Update, for April thru December of last year, that I was saving for when the [new] building, research, and troop levels came out.

    Now YOU'RE DELETING EVENT THATS NOT EVEN A WEEK OLD.

    I was locked out for eleven days while they were on holiday. I was told I would not get my gems back so good luck. They’re horrible and the best thing for people to do will be to quit.

    I go to claim Event Rewards for 19 Feb. I come back later to claim the 20th and the Event Rewards are gone.

    Next I go to claim Event Rewards for 21 Feb. I come back later to claim Event Rewards for the 22th and the Event Rewards are gone thru the 24th.

    And today I go to claim Event Rewards and they're gone through the 26th.


    YOU HAVE STOLEN MY EVENT REWARDS IN THE EXACT SAME FASHION FOR THE LAST THREE SvS.

    No, the best thing to do is to organize a Class Action against these thieves and take back everything THEY HAVE STOLEN FROM US, via the U.S Court System.

    You do (receive this complaint) from other players via the in-app. "support".


    But, do to the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE:

    - days to get a response;

    - flippant attitudes by support staff;

    - ZERO help;

    - trouble tickets being outright DELETED


    PEOPLE GIVE UP AND QUIT.

    This has HAPPENED AGAIN with BOTH THE 2.3 AND 2.4 UPDATES.


    And after the TENS OF THOUSANDS of Event Rewards ITEMS EVONY HAS STOLEN FROM ME, I'VE YET TO GET ONE SINGLE ITEM BACK.


    NOT ONE.
