Exclamation Another alliance quest will not advance

I have seen THIS BUG BEFORE.

After completing an Alliance Quest, it WILL NOT ADVANCE.

This BUG involves the "Donate Resources" quests.

    After completing the quest

"Donate 20,000 resources to the Alliance
    20,000 /20,000"

it is not advancing to the next Alliance Quest, and...

    1. the "Refresh" box now shows "[ Refresh Claim ]"

    2. the Single Player Quest box correctly shows "[ Refresh Free(3) ]"

And while there is a syntax error (code-error / BUG) in the Single Player Quests Fresh box, it does not affect playability, but simply reflects sloppy code. There should be a character space between "Free" and the "(counter)".

I forgot to include that THIS BUG takes 1-3 hours before it clears, IF IT CLEARS.

Furthermore, using the "[ Refresh Claim ]" DOES NOT ADVANCE THE QUEST COUNTER, but instead uses (reduces) the "[ Refresh Free(counter) ]".

And THREE HOURS LATER, it not only HAS FAILED TO ADVANCE

It now shows only 15,000 has been donated, not the 22,500 THAT WAS DONATED:

"Donate 20,000 resources to the Alliance
    15,000 / 20,000"

    THIEVES !

    Dear Liege
Sorry for the inconvenience. We will report your case to our developers. Our developer told me that it could be caused by unstable network connection. Thanks.

Just another excuse to say,, it can't possibly be their fault

    Unstable ?

    Sorry. Nice try.

This occurred while at home, on a 5G network connection, sitting less than 10 feet from the router.

And please ask your developers how an "unstable network" could result in the Alliance Quest counter, actually GOING BACKWARDS ???

Gasparilla - You hit that nail on the head !

    Dear Liege
Please take a screenshot next time before you reboot the game and then take another one after the reboot. So that we could have a further check. Our developer said that this is rare case and we don't have enoguh samples to study. Thanks.

    Best Regards
    James
