Please tell us both your old account's in-game name and the user id number you see on your device now. And then we can help retrieve your account. And next time before you try to switch account. Please check your account state and see if it's already linked to a Google/Game Center/Facebook first. Or you would not be able to login the account yourself again. Thanks.

Please, I would simply like to link my original account that I can now access id 12760384 to the acct on server 70 that I can no longer access I'd 16953818. I cannot access the email setup for that account. The 16953818 is the account I'm using the most. The other was my original
I've spent a lot on this new account . I don't want to lose it. I've tried every way I could to recover it. It doesn't appear on my screen to try and link. It's like it's gone. Don't understand. Please help. Been off that acct for 2 days now. I'm sure all my resources and troops are gone

James, can you resolve my issue. Did I do what was needed to regain my account
None of this makes sense. I'm trying to gain access to something that I own. Something I've spent a lot of money on. Between both accounts , I've given you guys thousands of dollars. Where is the customer support, where is the customer appreciation? Do I need to contact Google games to get this resolved. Just give me back what is mine. Thankyou
