    Lost everything in retrieving my account

    Ok thank you in retrieving my account. It took too long but thank you. But and yes big BUT. I got zeroed while the account was in limbo land. I asked to replace my troops because during that time in limbo land I was always online begging for someone to help me out in Customer Support. As everyone knows that nothing really happens in that lack of service provided. But just in case evony actually has a heart or even a bit of customer service ethics I want to know who do I go to to show what was lost and where to send the pictures I have. Being zeroed not the best, watching it happening while you are on another made up new account even worse. To make it worse for me I don't even get the chance to revive my killed troops which were killed within 2 days. If someone on evony would actually look in the customer support chat, they would see all the events I posted and pictures while in limbo land and what I posted after you got me back on the account. Evony is a good game but I think that it is totally lacking in total common sense to its customers. Now I will give my ID which I guess that no one will give a dam about in Customer support.     Ok after my ranting the last 4 to 5 days Customer Support finally did some work on my account so thank you. There is a bit more to finally get me back to where I was but it is a start and it is going in the right direction. I have put pictures up in customer support on what troops I had and have asked for a fair trade for both parties to resolve this problem that had occured these last heart pounding days over the Christmas period. I think it is fair but would customer support to contact me so we resolve and finally finished off this thread. Waiting for customer support now. The ball is on your side of the court now.

    Hi James thank you for replying to me. You seem to be one of 3 customer support people that reply to us. Ok back to business. All attachments have been sent to customer support. My killed troops was 1,635,553. What Evony has replaced it with is about 1,275,000 troops. ( Again my current troop count on attachment in customer support) My power when troops replaced was 49.9 mil power from the 65 mil power I had before the update (attachment of the attack report sent to customer support on what my power was at that time) I have since then increased my power by 0.9 mil due to healing and troop training quests. My wounded was 147,175 which has gone down again to quests. I am about 11 mil power out once you factor in the troops that haven't been healed which I would need to find resources to heal them. I think you should be seeing the different in numbers and power.
    I got about 110mil resources plundered (not much food) I can send you all the attack reports for you on that one. I hope you can get me back to where my power was before the update. Looking forward to your reply

    The troops we gave you was based on the game log's before/after numbers. Maybe you had some injuried troops that needs to be healed.
    I mean if you spent some resources and speedups on healing the troops. List them here so that we could have a further check. Thanks.

    James if you look in the customer support box you will see the attack report with the power I had before the attack, then the power I lost because of the attack and also in the battle details of each troop that was killed. I have posted it in Customer support since I don't know how to attach files here.

    James. I have worked out with your report that you have posted in what you haven't replaced. But before I give you all the details it is important that you have your copy of the troops you put back on my account. Clearly someone did it on the rush but didn't check what should of been replaced. There are only 4 types of troops not replaced in full. Imperial lancers lvl 10 you only replaced 500,000 not the 672,882. Shortfall of 172,623. Next one. All of my lvl 9 troops. Not one of them were replaced. 56,659 crusaders, 56,317 War elephants, 56,337 Imperial crossbowmen.
    So with the report you sent me matches up on what happened on the attack report but someone didn't check what they typed in to replace the troops.
    Resources plundered.
    Food 5.3mil
    Lumber 44.1mil
    Stone 25.7 mil
    Ore 51.7 mil

    This is what is needed to be added on top of my current troops and resources to finish of this thread.

    Again you will need to cross reference it with the report you did when adding troops on my account to the report you just sent though. You will see that someone on Evony made a mistake.

    Our admin just refund a part of the lost resources to you as well. But he said that troops amount we gave was final because it's our supervisor's decision. Thanks.
