    Iím having a problem with customer support. I purchased all the packages one day for the moon festival but never got the two highest packs. I messaged customer support and they replied a couple times but have quit replying and I havenít heard from them in 3 days. It seems like you are the only one that will actually respond to anyone. Can you help me? I donít want a refund, I want the items that I bought. If you canít go back Iíd take the top 2 packages for the current event.

    James is there a way I can get ahold of tech to get my account back up and going. KE is starting tomorrow and I would very much like to have it back. It's been a few days since your one business day. I have gotten 3 very short responses. Can I get ahold of tech somehow so I can have this done faster please.

    Hi, my name is Ariel I'm in Sever 66 and I am needing my account Arille relinked. I was switching accounts and my main one got deleted of some how and I can't get it working.   10. I obviously logged in yesterday lost 100k troops as hospital cap was full I also had to heal 110 k costing me 20mill of most my recources

    Many other friend of mine and I have spoken with other servers about this glitch but customer service does not seem to care they also just go straight to it's my fault for not paying attention

    Please could you help me I have played for a while now used to play ages 1-2 I see this mobile game as age 3 I do not want money back on previous purchases but I would like my recources back and my troops back as I am rather angry about this whole stupid thing I deffinitly feel like I'm almost being cheated as I spend the gems for the 3day bubble and I only get 7-30 hours it's only happed 3 times and I am sure I will double and triple check every bubble I place but I would really love to be truely helped by your assistance
