    I’m having a problem with customer support. I purchased all the packages one day for the moon festival but never got the two highest packs. I messaged customer support and they replied a couple times but have quit replying and I haven’t heard from them in 3 days. It seems like you are the only one that will actually respond to anyone. Can you help me? I don’t want a refund, I want the items that I bought. If you can’t go back I’d take the top 2 packages for the current event.
