Exclamation Please help with support? I attempted to post a problem in support yesterday. It seems you are the only moderator for this forum and you keep late hours compared to my time zone. I am still seeking full resolution with my issue explained in my earlier attempt at posting, which I assume is awaiting your approval. I did finally receive 1 package through in game support a while ago, but still have 3 charges against my account. Also because of this I missed out on a day of the first week $4.99 (USD) specials. I am further afraid to even try to buy tomorrow's. I can't seem to figure out how to attach a screen shot of the billing but will post it if my account ever gets unmoderated (if I can find out how on there. Thx for your time and hopefully assistance.
