Hi James, Following storm Isaias here in NY, my EVONY app froze, I received a msg that there were server issues and to "try again" (repeatedly). It wouldn't let me log in once wifi was restored locally. I ended up reinstalling the app, which the opened immediately, but under a new acct. My old monarch is Millicent I on server 275 (VAL alliance). My new monarch is 47848841 (currently in the same server). I have made a purchase through Google services recently if that helps.
